Offering 30 years of experience in several key areas of estate agency including chartered surveying, residential sales, and the commercial sector, Nick’s transferable skills are now applied to the successful and well established Residential Lettings department. Nick and his team carefully screen all potential tenants before arranging any viewings and fully scrutinise the application process all the way through to a tenancy being agreed. For managed properties, as well as reconciling rent payments, he then conducts scheduled property visits to make sure your property is being maintained to a high standard whilst swiftly attending to any maintenance issues that arise.

Working alongside Nick, Jodi deals with new tenancies and processes any property maintenance issues/repairs as required. Currently recently passed her ARLA qualification to back up her experience.
